The BizMark Toolkit is operated by BizMark Agency, trading as BizMark.

Information we process

We process your account email, purchase and activation details, business information you enter into the toolkit, saved strategies and plans, and information you provide when contacting support.

How we use information

We use this information to activate your account, authenticate your access, save and restore your work, generate toolkit outputs, provide support and manage your access period.

Service providers

We use third-party providers for store operation, hosting, account authentication, data storage, and payment processing. These providers process information needed to deliver their services.

Payment information is handled through the checkout’s payment providers. Please also review the store privacy policy for information about Shopify checkout and store-related processing.

External AI services

If you choose to copy toolkit information into an external AI service, that information is subject to that service’s privacy terms. Review those terms before submitting confidential business information or personal data.

Storage and retention

Your business information and progress are saved to your account during your 12-month access period. Demo Mode changes are not saved to your customer account.

Purchase and support records may be retained separately where needed to manage transactions or meet applicable obligations.

Privacy requests

To request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, email support@bizmark.agency. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.

Please avoid entering unnecessary personal information about your customers, employees or other individuals.
